Exeter Street Penthouse

This 3200 sf three-bedroom penthouse in a 1920’s Back Bay apartment building is the result of an integrated process bringing together architecture and interior design. Architectural renovations opened up the single-story floor plan in order to accommodate the spatial needs of an active family that loves cooking and entertaining; the apartment is a series of flexible spaces that can be connected or closed off by custom folding doors. Furniture and material choices blend modern and vintage to create elegant, comfortable living spaces. The project includes custom millwork throughout as well as custom lighting, furniture and carpets. This project was designed and managed by Aaron J. Weinert AIA while at H+A Inc, with Kate Kelley as primary interior designer.
